Her career spans partnerships with associations, societies, and nonprofits, producing experiences that are intentional, seamless, and results-oriented.

As a founding partner at GEM, Bobbi brings operational clarity, calm leadership, and a proven ability to turn complex goals into exceptional attendee experiences. She believes every event should raise the bar, strengthen connections, and leave a lasting impact.

Shaina is an accomplished event professional with years of diverse industry experience, spanning food and beverage operations, medical research meetings and associations and more. Fluent in French, she has supported scientific groups of more than 3,000 international delegates and faculty, ensuring seamless communication and program delivery.

A strong advocate for professional development, Shaina holds both the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and the Certificate in Online Meeting Design (COMD). She has played a key role in driving value for partners and clients through strategic procurement and ROI-focused event planning.

As co-founder of GEM, Shaina brings subject-matter expertise, technical fluency, and a commitment to exceptional client outcomes. Her passion for delivering outstanding results positions her as a vital contributor to GEM’s high-standard event portfolio.

Outside of her professional work, Shaina remains active in both her community and the events industry.

Mandy is an Event Coordinator for Gemstone Event Management, where she works behind the scenes to support successful event planning. She handles administrative tasks, creates essential foundational documents for each event, and occasionally works onsite to ensure smooth execution. Known for her organization and efficiency, Mandy works well independently while also enjoying collaboration as part of a team. Outside of her role as an event coordination, she is an entrepreneur who owns and operates an online e-commerce business specializing in wellness products.

Rabab is a dedicated events professional with experience in event coordination, production support, and on-site operations across a variety of live and corporate environments. She currently serves as an Event Coordinator at Gemstone Event Management, where she supports all aspects of event delivery, from planning and logistics to execution and client engagement. In this role, Rabab collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality events that align with client objectives.
In addition to her coordinator responsibilities, Rabab has gained hands-on production experience as a Show Caller, managing real-time show flow and technical cues at live events. Her background includes coordinating complex timelines, communicating with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving under pressure to keep events running smoothly. Her organized approach, strong interpersonal skills, and passion for delivering memorable experiences are some of the main qualities that make her a reliable contributor in dynamic event environments.

Catalina is an events, marketing and design professional with experience delivering high-impact virtual, hybrid, and in-person events across global, nonprofit, and healthcare-focused settings. With a strong background in scientific congresses, professional meetings, and humanitarian aid programs, she specializes in creating engaging visual content, coordinating complex event logistics, and supporting seamless attendee and speaker experiences.

Her expertise in graphic design, video editing, website development, and promotional materials has consistently enhanced event visibility, branding, and audience engagement. Complementing her event design and marketing expertise, she brings extensive experience in humanitarian aid, data visualization, and digital platform optimization, enabling data-driven decision-making and clear stakeholder communication.
